Course Overview
The ICAgile Leading with Agility (ICP-LEA) course is a two-day program that teaches leaders how to navigate complex and uncertain environments. The course covers a range of topics, including:
- Organizational agility: How to develop an organization’s agility capabilities
- Agile leadership: How to lead with agility
- Personal agility: How to be agile in oneself
- Relationship agility: How to be agile in relationships
- Leading change: How to lead change effectively
- Emotional intelligence: How to improve emotional intelligence
- Self-awareness: How to improve self-awareness
- Creating high-trust environments: How to create environments where teams can perform well
The course is designed for leaders and aspiring leaders at all levels. It’s intended to help professionals learn how to lead in adaptive environments and develop relevant leadership skills. Upon completion, participants earn the ICAgile Certified Professional in Leading with Agility (ICP-LEA) certificate.

From 1 October 2023, attendance-taking for SkillsFuture Singapore’s (SSG) funded courses must be done digitally via the Singpass App. This applies to both physical and synchronous e-learning courses.
Trainee must achieve at least 75% attendance. Trainee must pass all prescribed tests/assessments and attain 100% competency.
AgileAsia reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from the trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria.

Please Note:
- This course is designed for everyone tasked with the company’s sustainability responsibilities. Those currently employed with job scope need a recognized sustainability certification, as do those who want to get employment that requires professional sustainability certification.
- Upon completing the 3-day course, participants can submit a certification assignment to earn the globally recognized Sustainability ESG Certification and become Certified Sustainability ESG Practitioners. This assignment includes nine questions and a management PowerPoint presentation on a sustainability strategy and plan. The final assignment helps participants apply practical tools and the knowledge gained throughout the course.
